Food, glorious food!

Another food shoot.  It's surprising how much food photography I'm doing at the moment and the trick is balancing portable studio flash with the available light in the restaurant.  These days I have to work in the restaurant’s dining room utilising the  table top as my make shift studio.  Issues of colour balance, depth of field and ambient/ flash problems are all to be overcome.  And why oh why do I always get to do this type of photography just before lunch!
